The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 06.07.2024 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afroesaid.
