The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the respondents to sanction the mutation on the basis of Civil Court decree dated 19.08.1999 in Civil Suit No.145 of 1998 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kurukshetra (Annexure P-1) and in pursuance of order dated 28.09.2023, passed by Financial Commissioner, Haryana (Annexure P-2).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore, he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afroesaid.
