By way of present writ petition, petitioner has laid challenge to the order dated 7.6.2018 (P-2) whereby he has been reverted from the post of Artificer,without providing any opportunity of hearing or show cause notice etc.

Notice of motion is yet to be issued.

In view of the separate order of even date passed in similar writ petitions wherein the stand of the respondents is that vide a subsequent order dated 7.6.2018 the impugned reversion order has been withdrawn with liberty to proceed in accordance with law, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the instant writ petition has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
