(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the documents appended as Annexures R-1 to R-4 along with the reply filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 are required to be challenged. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by laying challenge to the aforesaid Annexures as appended with the reply.
