**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that he was working as Microbologist on contract basis at Govt Hospital Gurgaon. His contract was extended from time to time. Now the contract has been extended vide order dated 11.04.2018 till 31.03.2019. However, on 16.07.2018 Dr. Tatya Attri Medical Officer stopped the petitioner to mark her presence in the attendance register and in this regard, the petitioner gave an application dated 17.07.2018 to respondent No. 4. The petitioner came to know that respondent No. 4 now wants to engage the person of his own choice by terminating the service of the petitioner. In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No.

4 to look into the application dated 17.07.2018 (P-8) of the petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law. Till the decision on the application, status quo with regard to the Gaurav Arora 2018.08.
