Compliance of orders dated 2.12.2020 has been made. The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court in terms of Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking prayer by way of writ of mandamus for issuance of directions to respondents no. 2 and 3 to hold the inquiry against respondent no. 4 for the embezzlement done by him in the work of MGNREGA and to decide the representation dated 10.9.2020, Annexure P-5. Heard.
