Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.1 to hear and dispose of Revision Petition No. 143 of 2017 titled as "ExSarpanch Salim v. S.D.O. & Others" (Annexure P5). Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Pankaj Mulwani, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Krishan Lal, Legal Officer, Office of Director, Panchayat, Haryana, contended that the revision petition is fixed for hearing on 04.09.2018.
