(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for quashing of the order/letter dated 07.06.2018 (Annexure P-5), whereby, the one time settlement of loan account of respondent No.3 has been withdrawn in an illegal and arbitrary manner without considering the representation/request dated 11.06.2018 and notices of possession dated 22.06.2018 (Annexure P-6 Colly). A further prayer for issuing direction to respondents No.1 to 3 has been made to consider the request dated 11.06.2018 (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
