* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, C.J. (ORAL) At this stage, the petitioner claims a right on the basis of a plot that was allotted to her on 07.08.1997. It is not clear as to whether the original plot was handed over to the petitioner or not. At some stage at least, an alternate plot had been offered which the petitioner did not accept. 2.

The ends of justice would be met by directing the respondents to respond to the petitioner's notices/representations the last of which is dated 15.05.2013. The respondents shall respond to the same within six weeks of the receipt of a copy of this order from the petitioner. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 4.
