Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment dated 06.09.2017, rendered by this Court in CWP No. 17010 of 2017 [Vinod Kumar v. State of Haryana and others] and other connected matters. Therefore, the present petition too be disposed of in the same terms. The petition is disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in Vinod Kumar's case (supra).
