Petitioners have impugned the order dated 16.07.2018 whereby respondent no. 3 has been transferred back as Principal of Government College, Hoshiarpur. According to him, it is not clear what weighed with the authority in taking the decision. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that matter shall be examined again by respondent no. 2 and appropriate decision taken within one month from today.

In view of above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of.
