##%& '() Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Through this second petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.77 dated 07.07.2021, registered under Sections 307, 452, 323, 436, 148, 149 IPC, at Police Station City-II, Malerkotla, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no injury has been attributed to the petitioner and that the petitioner has been in custody since 07.07.2021. She further submits that a compromise has been effected between the parties and that as the co-accused have already been granted the concession of regular/anticipatory bail, the petitioner may also be granted such concession, on the ground of parity.

On the other hand, learned State counsel while opposing the prayer for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, does not dispute the factum of compromise effected between the parties.
