(Oral) The present petition under Artice 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for setting aside order dated 17.10.2016 whereby petitioner has been transferred from office of respondent No. 4 to office of respondent No. 5.

On notice, a written statement has been filed on 20.01.2017 by respondent Nos. 1 to 6 admitting the fact that petitioner is 72% handicapped. The petitioner was transferred/adjusted to Government Primary School, Payont Karnal due to non-availability of work load as the number of students are decreased and four posts of JBT become surplus in the above said school. The petitioner was transferred as per his desired school i.e Government Primary School, Payont Karnal as there was no vacant post in his previous station Government Primary School, Salwan II Karnal. The petitioner was transferred vide order dated 17.10.2016 by District Elementary Education Officer Karnal on the recommendation of Gaurav Arora 2018.11.17 14:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the petitioner has not filed any replication to the reply filed by respondent Nos. 1 to 6. In view of the reply filed by the respondents, the present petition stands dismissed.
