ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing orders dated 07.06.2013 (Annexure P-4 Colly.), whereby claim of the petitioners has been rejected for grant of benefit of regularization on completion of two years. 2.

It appears that claim of the petitioners qua regularization has been rendered infructuous in view of office order dated 19.01.2018 (Annexure R-1/T) appended with the reply filed on behalf of respondents No.2 to 4, which is extracted herein below :

In compliance of Civil Appeal No.7391-7395 of 2013 decided by Hon'ble High Court Haryana, Chandigarh or Head Office Order No.5867 dated 13.06.2017 & CWP No.23565 of 2016, the following drivers working in this depot have been granted regular pay scale 4000-6000 from the belowmentioned date : Sr.
