The case has been taken up through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite his best efforts, he could not contact his client to get necessary instructions since her mobile phone was found to be switched off.
Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.5 to 8 has again reiterated that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner Parminder Kaur and her husband Gurwinder Singh who have started residing together along with their minor children. He has placed on record photocopy of the written compromise. He further states that as the dispute has been resolved amicably between the spouses, petitioner - Parminder Kaur has withdrawn petition under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending in the Court of JMIC, Jalandhar and petition under Guardians and Wards Act pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalandhar.
