JUSTICE H.S.GREWAL Present:- Mr. Pratham Sethi, Advocate and Mr. Kamal Gupta, Advocate for the petitioner. *** This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 for quashing of impugned notice dated 21.05.2025 issued by the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned notice dated 21.05.2025 as the same is not in detail and is vauge as there is neither any complaint number nor is there any reason mentioned as to why the petitioner has been summoned. Mr. Sourabh Goel, Special Public Prosecutor, NCB with Ms. Samridhi Jain, Advocate for the respondent has appeared in this case in pursuance of the notice of the instant petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance. He submits that the notice has become non est and fresh notice will be issued along with all the details as required by law.
