 2.A query was raised by the Court to ASI Mukesh Kumar, Investigating Officer of the case present in Court, to show any record regarding withdrawal of the amount, upon which he has sought some time to produce the complete record.

3.List on 21.08.2024.

4.In the meanwhile, the petitioner is hereby directed to join investigation within seven days from today and co-operate in the same. In the event of the arrest of the petitioner, she shall be released on interim bail on her furnishing personal/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer. She shall also abide by conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C."
