RITU BAHRI, J. (ORAL) Appellant-Rajinder, has come up in this appeal against the order dated 12.11.2009, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Panchkula, whereby the petition under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, filed by the respondent for custody of minor child-Harman, who was born on 25.02.1999, was allowed. Since, in the present case, minor child-Harman has attained the majority, the present appeal has become infructuous. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
