Mr. Gaurav Jindal, Addl. A.G. Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondents to allow them to participate in the selection process, pursuant to advertisement (P-2). On 05.09.2017, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been treated to be ineligible for appointment as Shift Attendants (Electronics) on the ground that the two years ITI Certificate that they possessed is in the trade of "Mechanic Consumer Electronics" (MCE) and not in "Electronics". He further refers to a reply under the RTI Act, addressed to petitioner No. 1, stating that neither the Directorate of Skill Development and Industrial Training Haryana, nor the DGT, Government of India, run any course by the name of 'Electronic Trade.'
He further submits that some other persons with the trade of
'Electronic Mechanics' have been interviewed by the respondentCommission. Notice of motion.
On the asking of the Court, Mr. R.K. Doon, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
A copy of the petition be handed over to learned State counsel during the course of the day.

In the meanwhile the petitioners be provisionally interviewed, subject to further orders in this petition. A copy of this order be given to both learned counsel under the signatures of the Special Secretary of this Court." Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioners in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court.
