Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the case of petitioner for his appointment on compassionate grounds as his father Anant Ram died on 06.04.2011. The petitioner had made representations dated 13.12.2017 (Annexures P6 & P7), respectively. His representations remained unattended till now, though he has valid reason and ground for his appointment on compassionate grounds. In view of above, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 13.12.2017 (Annexures P6 & P7), respectively, made by the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
