Petitioner has assailed the order passed by Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran. According to him, co-accused has already been granted the benefit of parole. His plea has been rejected on the grounds which are totally untenable.

Under the circumstances, impugned order is hereby set-aside. Matter is remitted to same authority for decision afresh after considering aforesaid contentions. Necessary orders be assed within ten days from today.
