JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is serving as Senior Assistant in the Department of Forest, Punjab and has challenged his transfer from Bhatinda Division to Extension Division, Phillaur, vide order dated 8.6.2018 (Annexure P4).

This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 26.7.2018, had stayed the transfer of the petitioner. At the time of hearing, counsel for the petitioner has produced a photocopy of order dated 2.11.2018, vide which order dated 8.6.2018 (Annexure P4), transferring the petitioner from Bhatinda Division RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2018.11.15 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
