Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter-alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 03.09.2021 passed by respondent No.2, whereby private unaided schools were obligated to provide information or face the proceedings for de-recognition. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that in terms of the order dated 28.02.2022, petitioner-society has already filed the necessary application in Appeal No.1561-2020 before the State Commission and as such, he be allowed to withdraw the writ petition to pursue the same. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, it is clarified that petitioner -Society would be at liberty to seek remedy for interim relief before the Commission, in accordance with law, if so advised.
