(ORAL) The limited ground for which the petitioner is seeking cancellation of bail of respondent No. 2 that he had filed a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C claiming himself not to be arrested whereas he was arrested on 27.06.2022. This Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on 28.06.2022 but the petitioner has already been arrested by the police on 27.06.2022. Be that as it may, there is no need to grant cancellation of bail as petitioner has already been arrested.

The present petition stands disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
