The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 19.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-13302-2025, whereby respondents were directed decide the legal notice dated 22.07.2024 and if he is found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.

In compliance of the order dated 19.05.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-13302-2025, learned counsel for the respondents submits that speaking order dated 25.05.2026 has been passed by the Director School Education (Secondary), Punjab, which was taken on record vide order dated 26.05.2026.
