The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking quashing of notification dated 23.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) qua clause No. 10 with regard to amendment in Rule 30 sub rule 3(8) of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Amendment Rules, 2016, as applicable to Haryana. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that some typographical and inadvertent mistakes have crept in the writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better and correct particulars. 3.
