* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) The petitioner's grievance is that he has not been allotted a plot under the general category. His main case before us was that 54 plots of 08 marlas size ought to have been available for the general category. He further states that only 46 plots of 08 marlas size were allotted under the general category. He, therefore, ought to have been allotted a plot. The petitioner has also raised grievances regarding the allotment of plots in the other categories. He contends that if some of the plots were not applied for, they ought to have fallen to the other categories including the general category as per the foot-notes to the advertisement. 2.

The representation dated 25.07.2015 (Annexure P-4) does not set out this case clearly especially the first part of it. The petitioner is at liberty to file a comprehensive representation to the respondents in this regard. The representation, if made, shall be responded to within two weeks of the receipt thereof.
