This is a petition under Section 438 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.53 dated 30.06.2022, under Sections 22 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Garhdiwal, District Hoshiarpur. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition, with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action, with better particulars.
