Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.0453 dated 22.12.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station Kotwali, District Kapurthala.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for sometime, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand, at this stage. He has, however, submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the concerned Special Judge for grant of interim regular bail, on account of medical condition and present withdrawal may not be construed as any kind of impediment thereupon. 3.
