Petitioner is working as Lecturer in Commerce with the Education Department/Secondary Education,Punjab. Her grievance was with regard to benefit of fixation of her pay as Lecturer in Commerce by granting her protection of last pay drawn as ETT Teacher prior to her direct appointment as Lecturer in Commerce. The other grievance was regarding refund of three months' salary in lieu of notice period which the petitioner did not furnish at the time of relinquishing her post of ETT Teacher in Education Department prior to her joining as Lecturer in Commerce. Upon notice written statement has been filed wherein it is stated that both the said reliefs have been extended to the petitioner. In view of the stand of the respondents in the written statement, counsel for the petitioner concedes that the instant writ petition has become infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
