     ***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr. P.C.') for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.285 dated 24.06.2023, registered under Sections 120-B, 307, 323, 34, 506 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Jind, District Jind. 2.

Learned State counsel per his instructions from ASI Mahender, submits that pursuant to the order dated 20.07.2023, petitioner has joined investigation and in view of cooperation rendered by her, no custodial interrogation of petitioner is required. 4.

In view of the above, since custodial interrogation of petitioner is no more required and she has already joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating officer, present petition is allowed. Order dated 20.07.2023 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to petitioner's complying with provisions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
