RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) Pursuant to order dated 14.11.2017 passed by this Court in connected writ petition bearing CWP No.2176 of 2016 whereby the respondent-State was directed to take into consideration and submit report as to why the petitioners were not entitled for the relief, which was given to the juniors namely Ram Roop, Ratni, Sumitra Devi and Shanti Devi by regularizing their services w.e.f 27.1.1999, an affidavit dated 09.2.2018 of the District Education Officer, Sector 14, Sonepat has been filed along with order dated 08.2.2018 (R.1) whereby the services of the petitioners have been regularized w.e.f 27.1.1999. It is stated in the said order that the benefit from due date are notional and no arrear will be paid. In these circumstances, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
