RAJ MOHAN SINGH J. (ORAL) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction especially in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned Circular No.7/2018 dated 13.02.2018 issued by the respondentsPSPCL whereby the grant of subsidy on electricity granted to the mushroom cultivators was withdrawn with immediate effect.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion, learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon pendency of CWP No.14198 of 2018.

During the course of arguments, the parties are ad idem that the issue in question stands decided by the co-ordinate Bench in a bunch matter with lead case of CWP SARITA RANI 2022.04.21 19:06 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the consensus arrived at between the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 16.09.2019 passed in CWP No.14198 of 2018 and other bunch cases.
