NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for quashing the action of the respondent vide which respondent No.3 has treated the petitioner not eligible for the post of Water Pump Operator Grade-II, after declaration of result and during the scrutiny of documents. Further a writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the respondents to treat the petitioner eligible for the post of Water Pump Operator Grade-II and to command the respondents to treat the National Trade Certificates issued by Government of India, equivalent to ITI certificate in the trade of Motor/Tractor/Diesel Mechanic, as required in advertisement No.7/2016 for filling up of 681 posts of Water Pump Operator Grade-II (Category No.30). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
