Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.190 dated 22.12.2024, under Sections 109, 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Sector 39, Chandigarh, as well as all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise between the parties.

It is informed by learned State counsel that matter has been amicably settled between the parties, i.e. petitioner as well as respondent No.2 - Rahul Rawat only. However, respondent No.3 - Subhasish has not been made party to the compromise. Therefore, present petition being partial compromise, cannot be entertained, in view of the judgement passed by this Court, in the case of Rakesh Das vs. State of Haryana and another, 2024 NCPHHC 147654.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, present petition stands dismissed, being not maintainable. 4.
However, it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh comprehensive petition based upon compromise, by impleading all the necessary parties, i.e. all the accused and the injured/victim(s).
