(ORAL) As per office report, respondent No.3 has been served, whereas respondents No.1 and 4 remain unserved for want of correct addresses.

The appellant was supposed to supply the correct addresses within a period of three days from the date of passing of order dated 21.12.2015, but needful has not been done.

Today, case was called twice, but none has appeared on behalf of the appellant. It seems that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this matter.

In view of above, this Court is left with no alternative except to dismiss the appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
