ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 27.02.2023, when none appeared for appellants and being an old matter, Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsel for appellants. Needful has been done. Office report reveals that notice sent to learned counsel for appellants has been received back with the report that client has taken the brief.

It appears that by sheer effluxion of time since the appeal is pending for the last more than 15 years, appellants have lost interest in pursuing the appeal.
