**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J. (Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.PC for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to transfer the investigation of FIRs (Annexures P-1 and P-2) from State Crime Bureau, Faridabad to District Gurugram Police.

Photocopy of the status report by way of an affidavit of Addl. Superintendent of Police, State Crime Branch, Faridabad filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 in Court today is taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Copy of the same has also been furnished to the counsel opposite.

While drawing the attention of this Court to the status report, learned State counsel has submitted that a thorough investigation was carried out in the instant FIR leading to the presentation of challan against accused Basru @ Basruddin, Manish, Ameena and Waris whereas Hayat Khan and Waris were found innocent by the investigating agency.
