*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is fulfilling the requisite condition of promotion but still his case has not been considered. He has made representations but the same have not been considered. The latest representation dated 26.05.2015 has been annexed as Annexure P-14. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case directions are issued by this Court to decide representation dated 26.05.2015 (Annexure P-14).

Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider representation dated 26.05.2015 (Annexure P-14) and pass necessary order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of accordingly.
