At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 17.04.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Ambala, whereby the application under Order 1 Rule 10(2) CPC for impleading Sukhwinder Kaur and Surinder Kaur as defendants has been dismissed.

It is further submitted that during the pendency of the present petition, the main suit from which the present revision petition emanates has since been decided and in view of the same, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Thus, it is prayed that the same be disposed of as such.
