*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is similar to the case of one Darshan Kumar, who filed CWP No.17425 of 2016, which was disposed of with a direction to consider his case in view of judgment passed in Harbans Lal vs. The State of Punjab and others, CWP No.2371 of 2010, decided on 31.08.2010. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioners have made representation dated 30.06.2016 (Annexure P-3) but no action has been taken thereupon so far. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the case of the petitioners in view of judgment passed in Harbans Lal's case (supra) within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
In case, the petitioners are found to be entitled for the relief sought in the representation, the same be granted to them within a period of Neetu Rani 2016.11.21 10:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
