On 31.01.2020, Mr. Nehra, Senior Advocate was confronted with judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajbir Surajbhan Singh vs. Chairman, Institiute of Banking Personnel Selection, Mumbai 2019(7) Scale. 23.

This Court relying upon the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajbir Surajbhan Singh's case (supra) has dismissed the petition on the ground that the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, Mumbai, does not fall within the ambit of authority within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

Learned Senior counsel expressed his inability to controvert the applicability of the aforesaid judgments to the present case. 5.

In view of aforesaid judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court and judgment of this Court, the petition is not maintainable and accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as permissible by law.
