On our asking, Ms.Kitri Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on their behalf. Let three copies of the writ petition be supplied to the State counsel during the course of day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution. Since no order on merits prejudicial to the interest of respondent Nos.4 to 6 is being passed, it is not necessary to serve them and/or to seek reply from respondent Nos.1 to 3. One of the prayer made by the petitioner in the instant writ petition is to direct the Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra to decide his representation dated 12.05.2015 (P-4) which in fact is a complaint made alleging encroachment MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.11.30 11:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.24655 of 2015 [2] on Gram Panchayat land by private-respondents. It is alleged that Khasra Nos.75 & 76 are shamlat deh and reserved for common purposes as per the revenue record. Illegal encroachments have been statedly made on these khasra numbers and pursuant to a complaint made by the petitioner, action was initiated but it does not reach to any logical conclusion.

The aggrieved petitioner has approached this Court.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State counsel and considering the nature of allegations, however, without expressing any views on merits thereof, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to respondent nos.2 & 3 to consider the complaint-cum-representation said to have been made by the petitioner and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law and by observing the principles of natural justice, within a period of four months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Let a copy of this order be given dasti to Ms.Kirti Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, for information and necessary compliance.
