It is his case that the petitioner's termination order is subject matter of challenge in CWP No. 13289 of 2015, Dr. Verinder Kaur vs. State of Haryana, which is listed on 09.12.2015 and he would seek the necessary relief in the above said case by filing an appropriate application, if permissible in accordance with law.
