      ! ***** SUDHIR SINGH , J. (ORAL) Present Writ Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay interest to the petitioner @15% p.a. or more, on the entire amount deposited by him towards the cost of the plot in question.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, in case, his pending representation dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) is considered and decided by respondent No.3, which has not been adverted to by the respondents till date. 3.

On the other hand, on advance service of copy of petition, learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondent-HSVP appear and DIWAKER GULATI 2025.07.09 17:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.16157-2025(O&M) oppose issuance of notice of motion. They submit that grievance of the petitioner will be looked into by respondent No.3 and it shall take decision either way, on the pending representation dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P-2). 4.

Without commenting on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the pending representation dated 16.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) and pass an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order. 5.
