Apprehending her dis-engagement, she has filed the present writ petition inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondents to let her continue in service till such time the regular appointments are made. Vide order dated 19.1.2017 notice of motion was issued for today.

In the meanwhile, CM 1370/2017 has been filed seeking permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action, so as to include subsequent developments that took place in the matter after filing of the present writ petition. Notice of the said application was issued for today.
