Present writ petition is challenge to the impugned award dated 02.02.2010 (Annexure P4), passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Gurgaon (hereinafter referred to as "learned Tribunal"), whereby the claim of the petitioner was declined. The services of the petitioner were terminated on 30.11.1995 without any reason and in violation of Sections 25F, 25G & 25H of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Thereafter, on his demand notice, the matter was referred to the learned Tribunal in the year 2001. The learned Tribunal passed the impugned award (Annexure P4) against the petitioner declining his claim in the year 2010 and petitioner has challenged the same in this Court after lapse of more than eight years. The petitioner has failed to give any valid explanation for such a long delay in approaching this Court.
