The petitioner seeks grant of regular bail in respect of the aforementioned FIR.

Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case there is inordinate delay in conclusion of trial. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
