       Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.631 dated 07.09.2020, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC (wrongly mentioned under Sections 265, 367, 368 instead of 465, 467, 468 in the impugned bail order dated 19.10.2020), at Police Station City Sonipat, District Sonipat. Vide order dated 02.11.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Naresh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
