At the outset, learned counsel for the appellants submits that they shall be satisfied in case their representation is considered by the competent authority.

On the asking of the court, Mr. Pandit, Addl.A.G., Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice and submits that in case, appellants submit their representation within 10 days from today, same shall be considered by the competent authority and a speaking order shall be passed thereon within a week thereafter.

In view of the above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Disposed of.

As regards the direction contained in order dated 17.09.2021 passed by learned Single Judge regarding plantation of 25 trees etc., we find that there is no relation to the prayer made by the appellants in the appeal. To that extent, order dated 17.09.2021 passed by learned Single Judge is set aside.

CM No.-2160-LPA-2021, CM Nos.2162-LPA & 2163-LPA-2021 Since the main appeal is disposed of, no order needs to be passed in these applications.
